 Zongqing Sun, animated artist, national senior animator, director
Mr. Sun has been engaged in the animation industry for 60 years. He is a Chinese animator and a national senior animator. Member of China Film Association, member of Shanghai Film Association, member of China Animator Association, member of Shanghai Animator Society, member of Shanghai Artists Association, member of Shanghai Comics Society, and representative work: "Da Tian Temple" (animation). "Black Rooster", "Haw Moving", "Ginseng Fruit", "Butterfly Spring", "Good Cat Mimi", "Blind Girl and Fox", "Two Little Peacocks", "Seedlings", "Golden Monkeys" The main original artist of "The Net", "The Story of Pippi" (Director, Original Character Creator), "The King of the Fallen King" (animated director, original Character Creator), "Little Painter" (screenwriter, director), "A Dragon and Lili (director), Japanese cooperative film "Forest Residents" (director), "Landscape" (chief Character Creation). Many films have won various major international and domestic awards. The outstanding ink cartoon "Shan Shan Qing" produced in 1988 won the first prize of the International Animation Film Festival in 1988 and a number of foreign awards.

She has been employed as a visiting professor of the Department of Digital Art of the Shanghai Institute of Arts and Crafts and an expert in the art professional steering committee; an expert in international level professional project in computer animation and game production at Shanghai Modern Vocational and Technical School. Shanghai Design and Innovation Center Animation Original Design Training Base, served as the principal. In 2014, the director produced a two-dimensional ink animation short film "Interest". "Interest" film won the "2014 Epic Animation Comic Game Fest" in San Francisco.
 

Lynn Tang, Producer, Festival Director
Ms. Tang is a film and Broadway musical producer. She is the executive director of Universe Multicultural Film Festival; director of San Diego International Kids' Film Festival; Founder of Epic ACG Fest; Chairwoman of Maeya Art Festival. As film producer, her feature movie "Hiding Sword " released in China with an excellent box office result. As the executive producer of Hollywood film "Senior Entourage" that with all Hollywood Icons : Ed Asner; Mark Rydell; Helen Reddy; Mario Ross and Charlie Robinson. She has produced the very first drama feature “ On Matriarchy Lake” for the Mosuo group。 In 2022, she just complete the drama feature“ Tibetan Hearts” and filming “Tibetan Horse”; As co-producer, “ The Charisma Killers “;In 2023,film "wait" is completed and two more Tibetan films in pre-production .

Her Broadway musical production "Chen Ying Rescuers the Orphan "made to Studio 54 in New York at 2013 and also Dolby theater in Oct. 2016. It become the first Broadway Musical appears in Dolby theater in history. She has been 6 years in a roll as film jury and international commissioner of Seoul Guro International Kids Film Festival ( Korea); Three years in a roll as Asian Film Block director of the Broadway International Film Festival -Ensenada ( Mexico).

Before the entertainment industry, she was a Project Manager specializing in international business exchange; she has served as a management specialist for Fortune 500 companies. She is the Shanghai (China) Zhabei District Investment Adviser and currently serves as the CEO of Maeya Films. In 2020, she get The David Chow Hummanitarian Foundation Award; In 2021, she won The USA President's Lifetime Achievement Award

  William Wall, Director
Two time Emmy Award winning Director William Wall was born and raised in San Diego California, and began his film-making career in 2010. In 2018, his film "Daisy Belle" was screened around the world, where it garnered dozens of awards including a total of 5 Emmy Awards. He resides in Escondido California, and is currently developing 2 feature films, "Zero: Dawn of the Darklighters", "The Everlasting Dim", and a children's television show entitled "Botwerkz
  Brandon M. Wang, Technical Director ( Oscar winner projects)
Brandon Wang is a second-generation Chinese born in Los Angeles. He was discovered by Hollywood scouts when he was six years old. He entered the film industry and served as the leading actor for Chrysler, Bank of America, Nestlé, Disneyland, Disney TV, etc. The Hong Kong Disneyland image ambassador of the Disneyland 50th years Flower Boat in the 117th Rose Parade, served as the leading actor of the children's movie "Bubble Head", starred in the stage play "Peter Pan: Boys who Will Not Grow". He was the winner of the 2010 Outstanding Youth Award of the China Club. In the same year, he won the Plum Blossom Medal of the American Chinese Youth Association and the Outstanding Talent Award from several members of Congress. Brandon is a scholarship recipient for various foundations such as Xerox, NSA and Hughes. After receiving a master's degree in EECS from the University of California at Berkeley in 4 years, he worked as a technical director for Pixar Animation, and produced: The Blue Umbrella (2013); Lava (2014); Inside Out (2015); The Good Dinosaur (2015); Piper (2016); Finding Dory (2016); Cars 3 (2017); Coco (2017). The works won the Oscar for Best Animated Film Awards in 2017, 2018 and 2019 respectively. Currently serves as Director of Game Development Technology at Riot. 
Yu Tang, Producer, Screenwriter
Ms. Yu Tang is a International business consultant/Planner/Engineer/Psychological counselor.
She is the President of Chongqing Hongwenye Cultural Media Company. Director of China Aizi Movie and Television Education Council. Executive vice president of Universe Multicultural Film Festival. Consultant of Korean International Kids’ Film Festival. Consultant of Western(Lanzhou) Students’ Film Festival.
Yu Tang has created multiple public welfare organization, such as Chongqing Moms’ Club
Chongqing Elite Entrepreneurs Club, and Psychological Assistance Team for Left-behind Children. She is also an advocator and experimenter of scientific parenting. Now, Yu Tang is currently committed to building the platform of Chinese films abroad and commercializing the films.
Kristin Delbaere -- cartoonist, musician, and art teacher
Krstin has created her latest animated short film "Eggy's Night Out", from her studio in Canada. She wrote the script, cast the voice-over actors, composed the soundtrack, and brought her hand-drawn characters to life with hearts and souls.
Growing up in Ottawa, she has been drawing since she was young, winning many coloring contests, and went on to college to become a graphic artist.
She continued her artistic abilities into adulthood by showcasing her photography and artwork in exhibitions, and shares her talents and skills to little ones as an art teacher.
While on surf trip excursions, she worked various jobs -- bartender, cafe barista, farm helper and stop motion production artist -- all of which gave her ideas to draw from to create her comedic cartoons
Yichen "Eiko" Jin, Composer
Eiko is a multi-talented artist who has a background of over decades music training, played several roles such as singer, composer, audio editor, sound designer and so on. After receiving her M.F.A degree from Academy of Art, Eiko started her career in the United States. With a professional attitude, Eiko has collaborated with different directors and could create preferred music styles efficiently, her music was selected by several award winning short/feature films. At the same time, her talent also was discovered out of the film industry, and her music was used in commercials and documentaries for clients such as CarVi, Stradvision, Tytus3D, and SIEMENS.
